Superb job carried out by Hybrid Battery Repair. I have a 2003 Toyota Alphard, imported and converted into a campervan four years ago. It has worked perfectly until a few weeks ago, when dashboard warning lights signified something major wrong with the hybrid battery. This battery would have been hugely costly to replace - however, a telephone conversation with Fraser at Hybrid Battery Repair confirmed that his company could replace my current Alphard battery cells with a set of reconditioned / rebalanced Alphard battery cells, at a fraction of the cost of a new Hybrid battery. This necessitated a trip from Newcastle to Glasgow, and a weekend seeing the sights of the city, and job done! Fraser kept in touch throughout with texts and photos, and he has completed a superb job, all on time and within budget. The Alphard now runs like new. My Mondeo Hybrid had a failed hybrid battery, and it wouldn't start at all. call the experts "Hybrid battery Repair" who sorted the car in under a day and had it up and running by dinner time. and I drove the car home. so Happy to have found these guys online and at a fraction of the cost for a new battery (over £5K) plus fitting from Ford. Well worth the journey from Durham to get my hybrid cells changed to full capacity cells when my yaris hybrid system light came on, saving lots of money on a full new hybrid battery. Fraser was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process. Thank you! 🙂

Fraser did an excellent job of reconditioning the hybrid battery in my Toyota Alphard camper van. He diagnosed the problem, offered me options for repair, reconditioning or replacement, and carried out the work carefully and professionally, doing a tremendous job of keeping me fully informed of progress as it went along. Because of the complex conversion of my van into a camper, there were many electrical connections (eg to leisure battery, water pump etc) which could have gone wrong, but he very carefully checked that everything was working as it should before finishing the job. I recommend him fully, and wouldn't hesitate to use him again - although given the quality of his work, I probably won't need to!

Fraser did an amazing job replacing failed cell in our Prius battery. Great communication and very quick turnaround. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. Repair price was also quite reasonable. I do not hesitate to recommend Fraser for any hybrid battery repair work!

After having all 40 cells replaced with high capacity 2nd hand cells the car is literally transformed. My weekly commute which normally saw me get 31-32 mpg whilst driving extremely careful is now yielding 40 mpg without even trying. The car drives a lot more using the batteries and it's extremely responsive if you put your foot down, as opposed to the sluggish response I got before... over the moon with the results and cannot recommend your business enough. Throughout the process you've been extremely knowledgeable and helpful as opposed to the half asked responses I got from other places. Photos and progress updates throughout the process as promised too!
